Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Each product is freshly prepared and packed before dispatch to ensure maximum freshness.

Delivery Timeline

  • Tamil Nadu & Nearby States: 2–4 business days
  • Rest of India: 5–7 business days

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location and total order weight.
  • The exact charges will be displayed at checkout before completing the purchase.
  • Free shipping may be available during special promotions or on bulk orders above a certain value.

Tracking Orders

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/WhatsApp/SMS with tracking details.
  • You can track your package online until it reaches your doorstep.

Packaging

  • All products are packed in airtight, food-grade containers/pouches to maintain freshness and avoid damage during transit.
  • We use extra protective packaging for fragile items like laddus.

Delivery Issues

  • If your package is delayed, damaged, or lost during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
  • We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue at the earliest.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We may not be able to deliver to certain pin codes due to courier limitations.
  • In such cases, our team will contact you for an alternative delivery option or refund.

Change of Address

  • Customers are requested to provide accurate and complete shipping details.
  • Address changes are allowed only before dispatch. Once shipped, the address cannot be modified.
