Refund Policy

At Kovilpatti Murukku Kadai, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We put great effort into preparing and delivering fresh, authentic snacks with care. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy ensures a smooth and fair resolution.

Eligibility for Return or Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only for products that are damaged, spoiled, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • Customers must raise a return or refund request within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged/incorrect product are required to process the refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Products that have been consumed, tampered with, or opened after delivery.
  • Orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • Delays caused due to courier services, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Refund Process

  • Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.

Replacements

  • Instead of a refund, customers may request a replacement if the product is available in stock.
  • Replacement shipping charges (if any) will be covered by us in case of damaged or incorrect delivery.
  • Once your request for a replacement is approved and the returned item passes inspection, a new product will be dispatched.
  • You can expect the replacement to be delivered within 7 to 9 working days.
